Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Motion Graphics Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and bring them to life through motion for web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, think from a user's perspective, and contribute to real-world design projects. Candidates should have a basic understanding of UI/UX principles along with an interest in animation and motion design, as our process focuses on creating visually appealing, highly usable, and engaging digital experiences using Figma, Lottie, and modern AI-assisted design tools.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. UI/UX Design:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Create wireframes, layouts, and interactive prototypes
- Ensure designs are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Ensure use of design systems and component structure
2. Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Design micro-interactions, transitions, and animated UI elements
- Create and export Lottie (JSON) animations for web and mobile handoff using LottieFiles / After Effects (Bodymovin)
- Produce short motion assets such as loaders, onboarding animations, icon animations, and promotional videos
- Maintain consistency between static UI and motion behaviour across the product
3. User Experience Improvement:
- Analyze user behavior and improve usability
- Ensure smooth and intuitive navigation across applications
- Use motion purposefully to guide attention and improve feedback and clarity
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity
4. Collaboration and Design Implementation:
- Work closely with developers to implement designs and integrate Lottie animations
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams
- Continuously learn and apply modern design and motion trends and tools
Essential Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Proficiency or familiarity with Figma (including Smart Animate / prototyping)
- Familiarity with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, Rive, or similar
- Understanding of Lottie/JSON animation export and developer handoff
- Basic understanding of AI tools used in design workflows
- Understanding of user-centered design approach
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated interest in UI/UX and motion design through projects, portfolios, or practical exposure
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
