Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with farmers.
- Understand crop-related needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product usage, dosage, and benefits clearly.
- Generate sales through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Interest in sales and customer interaction
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
