Roles & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AIOps architectures encompassing data ingestion, event processing, correlation, ML-based anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
Required Qualifications
- 9-12 years of experience in Telecom Operations, Service Assurance, OSS, AIOps, Network Automation, or related domains.
- Strong telecom domain expertise across RAN, Core Networks (EPC/5GC), Packet Core, Transport, and multi-vendor network environments.

Job Description – Grade Specific
Focuses on AIOps, Intelligent Operations, and Autonomous Network Transformation for telecom service providers. Establishes trusted advisor relationships with customers by leveraging expertise in observability, event correlation, service assurance, automation, and AI-driven operations. Operates independently in complex multi-vendor telecom environments and drives architecture decisions across AIOps, OSS, ITSM, and automation domains. Leads the design and implementation of autonomous operational capabilities that improve network reliability, reduce operational effort, accelerate incident resolution, and enable closed-loop, self-healing network operations aligned to strategic business objectives.
