- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Attend customer inquiries related to car sales and services Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle options
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits and closures
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support
- Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Requirements: Prior experience in Customer Relationship Executive / Sales / Customer.
- Support role Experience in automobile industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred Preferred
