Roles and responsibility:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the preparation and review of individual Tax form (Form 1040)
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
- Coordinate workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and compliance with tax laws.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated client issues and complex tax matters, including international tax filings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to benefit clients.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure the team is informed and compliant.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead/Managers to set departmental goals and objectives.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of tax staff.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive experience with individual and business tax forms, including international tax components.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Desired skill set:
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws (individual and business tax), including IRS regulations and state taxation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred; CPA or other tax certifications will also be considered.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
