The Automotive Sales Consultant assists customers throughout the vehicle-buying process, from identifying customer needs and demonstrating vehicles to negotiating sales and arranging financing options. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements and budget.
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate purchase terms.
- Assist customers with financing, leasing, warranties, and insurance products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, promotions, and competitors.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
- Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
