Designation: Production Engineer
Department: Wiring Harness
Reporting To: Assistant Manager (Production & Quality)
· Developing detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams
· Develop detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while balancing resources, workforce, and equipment availability.
· Implement and monitor quality assurance to maintaining the product standards
· Maintenance and troubleshoot of production machinery to minimize the downtime and extend equipment life.
· Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output quality through data-driven methods and continuous improvement techniques.
· Identify opportunities to reduce production costs through process efficiency, and resource optimization.
· Work closely with other departments like purchase, store , finance and quality assurance personnel to align production goals with overall project objectives.
· Proficiency in CAD software and Strong analytical skills and knowledge
· Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
· Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
· Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
· Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
· Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and make the reports
· Obtaining materials and equipment if required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
