Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Handle job postings on job portals and company platforms
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packets
- Conduct new employee orientation and induction
- Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and documentation
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters, joining letters, experience letters, and other employee documents
- Support payroll processing with attendance and leave data
Employee Engagement
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Support internal communication and HR announcements
- Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR information
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks
- Support audits and compliance checks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 0 -2 years experience in HR or related role (freshers can apply)
✔ Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
