We are a business management & software company offering ERP Software, Accounting Services, Custom Software Development, and related IT services. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and grow our business across Kerala and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, online research, and networking
- Promote and sell our services including ERP Software, Accounting Solutions, and Custom Software Development
- Approach and meet potential clients such as businesses, manufacturers, traders, retail shops, and service companies
- Understand client requirements and present suitable software or service solutions
- Prepare and deliver product demos, proposals, and presentations to prospects
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking meets to generate leads
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in software or IT sales is a strong advantage)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales drive are also welcome to apply
- Good understanding of ERP systems, accounting software, or IT services is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
