We are hiring for a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager.
Location -Chennai
Salary – upto 18 LPA
Experience:
10+ years of experience in 3PL / supply chain / warehouse operations, with 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-location warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, dispatch, and value-added services across multiple locations.
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, productivity, and service quality across customer accounts.
- Maintain strong client relationships, conduct review meetings, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Drive process improvement and technology adoption using WMS/ERP, digital dashboards, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, statutory compliance, audits, and safety standards (EHS & 5S) across warehouse sites.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams, manage manpower planning, training, and performance management. Language - Hindi Mandatory
