- Ensure implementation of all safety procedures and policies within the manufacturing plant.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across production areas.
- Monitor workplace safety practices related to machinery, utilities, boilers, compressors, and electrical systems.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by employees and contract workers.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare corrective action reports.
- Conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
- Maintain statutory compliance related to factory safety, fire safety, l environmental regulations and ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Monitor fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, emergency exits, and first aid facilities.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, permits, incident records, and compliance reports.
