Sales & Service Executive
Location: Gurugram / Bhiwadi (Travel Required)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry or related discipline)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales & Service Executive with experience in industrial chemicals and water treatment applications. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of chemical testing, customer handling, and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical testing and water analysis at customer sites.
- Promote and sell industrial chemicals and water treatment solutions.
- Visit customers for product demonstrations, service support, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and optimize Water Treatment Plant (WTP) chemical dosing.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely product supply and technical support.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Requirements
- B.Sc. (Chemistry or relevant field).
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial chemicals, WTP, or chemical testing.
- Hands-on experience with water analysis and chemical testing.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Boiler Water Treatment, Cooling Water Treatment, RO Plant, STP/ETP, or WTP chemicals.
- Technical sales experience in industrial chemical products.
- Ability to troubleshoot water treatment-related issues.
