Education: Any IT relevant. Atleast graduation in IT. Preferrable masters in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Prepare and present product/service proposals, quotations, and demonstrations
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client communication in CRM tools
- Build long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B IT sales, with a strong track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Strong technical understanding of IT products/services (e.g., networking, software, cloud)
