Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Revenue Manager to maximize revenue, profitability, and business growth across our travel and tourism operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pricing strategies, demand forecasting, supplier negotiations, revenue analytics, and business performance optimization.
The Revenue Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Air Ticketing, Holidays, Visa, Forex, and Corporate Travel teams to ensure sustainable revenue growth while maintaining competitive pricing and excellent customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor revenue performance across all business verticals.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Pricing & Yield Management
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for travel products and services.
- Optimize margins on flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, forex, and other travel services.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Recommend promotional pricing and special offers.
Forecasting & Planning
- Forecast demand, bookings, and revenue trends.
- Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze seasonal demand patterns and booking behavior.
- Recommend inventory and pricing adjustments based on forecasts.
Business Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
- Analyze sales performance and booking trends.
- Measure product-wise and department-wise profitability.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Supplier & Commercial Management
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, GDS providers, and other suppliers.
- Support commercial negotiations to improve margins and commissions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and commercial agreements.
- Ensure competitive contracting and pricing.
Performance Monitoring
- Track revenue by channel, destination, customer segment, and product.
- Analyze cancellation rates, conversion rates, and booking trends.
- Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective measures.
- Recommend process improvements to increase profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
- Support marketing campaigns with pricing and promotional recommendations.
- Assist management in strategic business planning.
- Provide revenue insights for decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Commercial, Finance, or Business Analytics.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, airline, hospitality, OTA, or hotel industry is preferred.
