Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Design & Development:
- Design and develop embedded hardware circuits for microcontroller-based systems.
- Select appropriate components considering cost, performance, and availability.
- PCB Layout & Design:
- Create and review PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD).
- Ensure compliance with design guidelines for signal integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal management.
- Testing & Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation, including functional, environmental, and compliance testing.
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis for hardware issues.
- Work with ICT/FCT setups and ensure test coverage for PCBA.
- Documentation:
- Prepare schematics, BOM, test reports, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain design files and revision history Git or similar tools.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for product development.
- Support suppliers and EMS partners during prototype and production phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in embedded hardware design and PCB layout.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and schematic capture.
- Hands-on experience with hardware testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer).
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance standards and design practices.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers (STM32, PIC, etc.) and power electronics basics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
