Key Responsibilities
- Greet Visitors: Welcome candidates, answer phone calls, and manage emails.
- Candidate Check-In: Verify candidate IDs and explain examination rules.
- Exam Security: Monitor testing rooms to prevent cheating or misconduct.
- Tech Support: Assist with workstation logins and report technical issues.
- Office Support: Maintain the reception area and manage basic office supplies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, reception, or proctoring.
- Skills: Strong multitasking, clear communication, and calm under pressure.
- Tech Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.
- Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including weekends or early mornings.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay: ₹9,817.21 - ₹30,600.02 per month
