Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our loan sales operations across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and achieving business targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive loan sales business (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, etc.) across the region
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Executives
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and financial institutions
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Ensure proper compliance and documentation as per company and banking guidelines
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the team
- Track competition activities and market trends
Key Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in loan sales (BFSI sector mandatory)
- Proven experience in handling large sales teams and multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loan products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
- Good network with DSAs and channel partners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
