Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, generating leads, and converting them into successful projects. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate & commercial interior projects.
- Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Meet potential clients to understand their interior design requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
Required Skills
- Must from Corporate Fit out industry.
- Good to have Real Estate experiences
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Good understanding of interior design industry and market trends
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
