Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred: Experience in IT recruitment, non-IT recruitment, or both.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
