We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Upwork Bidder who can generate business through Upwork . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in proposal writing, and the ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into projects.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring projects related to our services by sending customized proposals, communicating with clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for relevant projects on Upwork daily
- Submit high-quality and customized proposals
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective bids
- Communicate with clients through chat and calls
- Generate leads and convert them into projects
- Maintain proposal tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with the technical/team lead for project discussions
- Follow up with potential clients regularly
- Achieve monthly sales/project acquisition targets
- Manage Upwork profile and improve response rate
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Knowledge of proposal writing
- Understanding of freelancing platforms
- Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing
- Ability to handle client communication professionally
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
