Job Description
We are looking for a back office coordinator to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling CRM leads, customer follow-ups, calling prospective clients, maintaining records, data entry, documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle CRM leads and update customer information.
- Make calls to prospective clients and conduct follow-ups.
- Maintain records, reports, and customer databases.
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks.
- Manage emails and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in back office operations, customer support, or coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and coordinate effectively with teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
