Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer who can take designs and turn them into fully functional, scalable products, fast.
This role is not for slow, instruction-dependent developers.
We want someone who can think, build, and deliver complete systems in days, not weeks.
What You’ll Do
- Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web & app interfaces
- Build end-to-end systems (frontend + backend + database)
- Develop scalable, clean, and efficient architectures
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and business logic
- Work closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Ship features quickly without compromising stability
- Take ownership of projects from idea to deployment

Technical Requirements
Strong proficiency in:
- Frontend: React / Next.js (or similar modern frameworks)
- Backend: Node.js (or equivalent backend stack)
- Databases: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Firebase
Experience with:
- REST APIs & integrations
- Authentication systems
- Deployment (Vercel, AWS, etc.)
Understanding of:
- System design basics
- Performance optimization
- Version control (Git)
