Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Textile Design Intern to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fabrics, colors, and patterns, with a strong eye for detail and trends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating textile designs, patterns, and mood boards
- Support in developing print, weave, and embroidery concepts
- Conduct trend and market research for seasonal collections
- Work on CADs, repeats, and colorways using design software
- Help with sampling, swatches, and product development
- Coordinate with vendors and the production team as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or textile CAD software
- Strong sense of color, pattern, and material
- Knowledge of fabric types, textures, and finishes is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and collaborative
