Role Summary
We need a highly persuasive Telecaller to convert Instagram/WhatsApp leads into consultations. You must possess expert knowledge of skincare/haircare treatments, articulate communication, and a proven track record in sales.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Industry Expertise:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales in skincare, haircare, or aesthetics (freshers with exceptional credentials may apply).
- In-depth knowledge of skincare routines, hair treatments, cosmetic procedures, and common client concerns.
- Communication Mastery:
- Impeccable spoken English and Tamil (refined vocabulary, articulate phrasing).
- Proven convincing abilities – adept at handling objections and closing consultations.
- Tech Proficiency:
- Expertise in managing Instagram Business DMs and WhatsApp Business chats.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads via calls, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp into paid consultations.
- Educate clients on procedures (e.g., facials, peels, hair restoration) using technical knowledge.
- Maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy.
- Achieve aggressive weekly conversion targets.
- Collaborate with aestheticians to align client expectations.
