Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain daily gold and jewellery stock records accurately.
- Update inward and outward entries of jewellery items in the software/system.
- Maintain records of gold weight, purity, item details, and transaction data.
- Prepare daily stock and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with production, billing, dispatch, and inventory departments.
- Verify data accuracy and correct entry errors when required.
- Handle barcode/tagging data entries if applicable.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
Required Skills
- Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
