We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Junior Physiotherapist to join the Shakthi Team. - Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Treatment
- Assist senior physiotherapists in conducting physical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver targeted physiotherapy treatments and modalities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Monitor patient progress, record functional outcomes, and report findings to the clinical team.
- Support or assist in conducting specialized women’s health exercise classes, rehabilitation programs, and community wellness initiatives.
Patient Education & Engagement
- Educate patients on custom home-exercise programs, posture correction, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Actively engage in patient follow-ups, communicating via regular phone calls to track recovery progress and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide an empathetic, comfortable, and professional environment for all patients.
Clinic Operations & Professional Development
- Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation and physical/digital patient health records.
- Ensure treatment areas, modalities, and therapy equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and maintained to the highest clinical standards.
- Participate actively in clinical meetings, internal training sessions, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) completed from a recognized university (recent graduates and freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil and English to connect effectively with patients.
- Core Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and basic therapeutic exercises.
Preferred Attributes:
- A genuine interest in specializing in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal Rehab, or Orthopedic Physiotherapy.
- Basic computer proficiency for handling digital patient records and documentation.
- A proactive, positive attitude, a professional appearance, and a willingness to commit to long-term clinical growth.
