Job Summary
Atharv Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in GST compliance, taxation, bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and payment management. Candidates with prior experience in an audit firm will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and GST audits.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation matters and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee invoice generation, verification, and payment processing.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management summaries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with banks, tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in GST auditing and taxation is mandatory.
- Prior experience in an audit firm will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST laws, TDS, and taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
