Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's geographical and market reach.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, profitable, and long-lasting relationships with key personnel at partner companies.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed designated monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets within an assigned territory.Training & Enablement: Provide product training, marketing collateral, and sales support to partners to increase their confidence and ability to sell.Joint Marketing & Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate joint campaigns, promotional activities, and localized market events.Pipeline Management: Track partner sales pipelines, manage sales forecasts, and provide regular reports using CRM platforms.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve partner issues, channel conflicts, or pricing disputes promptly.
