HR Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant HR professional to manage all human resource functions at the manufacturing plant. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant employees.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding labor and statutory matters.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for plant employees.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Monitor discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist during audits and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate with department heads to address manpower requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 2-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Experience in handling factory workforce, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in industrial relations (IR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Knowledge
- Factories Act, Industrial Relations, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other applicable labor laws.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, automotive, or process industries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
