- Sales Leadership: Drive daily targets for smartphones, accessories, and warranty/finance plans.
- Inventory Control: Track stock, verify IMEI numbers, and prevent product shrinkage.
- Operations & POS: Oversee daily billing, cash reconciliation, and opening/closing store routines.
- Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and coach sales executives on new phone launches.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain live demo units, promotional displays, and overall store hygiene.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, warranty claims, and service escalations smoothly.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
