About the Internship:
Join our remote recruitment team and gain hands-on exposure to real hiring operations across BPO, Domestic, and International recruitment functions.
Department Rotation:
- Days 1–30: BPO Recruitment
- Days 31–60: Domestic Recruitment
- Days 61–90: International Recruitment
What you'll do:
- Source candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial profile screening
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and updates
- Support recruitment delivery activities
