Ascent Enggco Pvt Ltd is a growing engineering firm specializing in delivering high-quality sheet metal solutions to industrial clients. We have our own range of products such as storage racks for warehouses, and we also take up sheet metal processing work for other MNC's . We are building our sales function from the ground up and are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business and help expand our market presence.
As our sales professional, you will be responsible for the entire sales process—from sourcing prospects and generating leads to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a high-impact role with excellent growth potential.
Sales & Business Growth
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Reach out to prospective clients (phone, email, visits) and convert them into customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their needs
Lead and Opportunity Management
- Qualify and prioritize leads based on fit and value
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
Client Engagement
- Conduct client visits and meetings (as needed)
- Communicate clearly about product offerings and company capabilities
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams on client requirements
Coordination & Reporting
- Track sales activities, leads, deals, and forecasting in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth order execution
- Report progress and pipeline updates to leadership
Who We’re Looking For
3-6 years of professional experience in sales / business development
✔ Comfortable working independently and building processes from scratch
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision
✔ Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings (as required)

Compensation
- Rs 45,000 fixed salary per month.
- 4% Commission on every order from new clients. ( Uncapped )
