Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, site visit coordination, relationship management, and supporting sales closures. This role requires a consultative approach to understanding client requirements and guiding them throughout the property-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and property presentations.
- Manage leads throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to closure.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential buyers and investors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and sales.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule
- Six-day work week.
- Fixed weekly off on Tuesday.
