Job Title: OT Scrub Staff Company: Astraea Healthtech LLP Location: Kerala Job Type: Full-time Job Description Astraea Healthtech LLP is looking for a dedicated and experienced OT Scrub Staff to assist in Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgeries. The ideal candidate should be familiar with operation theatre protocols, instrument handling, and maintaining a sterile surgical field while assisting orthopedic surgeons during procedures. Responsibilities Scrub and assist during Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgeries. Prepare and arrange orthopedic instruments, implants, and consumables before surgery. Maintain strict sterile techniques throughout the procedure. Anticipate the surgeon's instrument requirements and provide timely assistance. Assist with OT setup, instrument counts, and post-operative instrument handling. Coordinate with surgeons, OT nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth surgical workflow. Ensure proper cleaning, packing, and sterilization of instruments after procedures. Willingness to travel to different hospitals as required. Requirements Experience as an OT Scrub Staff, OT Technician, or Surgical Assistant. Experience in orthopedic surgeries; TKR experience is preferred. Good knowledge of OT sterilization protocols and surgical instruments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours and travel for surgeries. Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with OT experience may also apply.) Salary: As per experience.
