Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, digital platforms, and market research.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate product and service information.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable water treatment solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to convert opportunities into orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with sales engineers, project teams, and management to ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or customer support.
- Experience in the water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental, engineering, or industrial equipment industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in technical sales may also apply.

- Ability to understand technical products and solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
