About the Internship
Think2xCreate is looking for passionate Performance Marketing Interns who are eager to build real-world experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
During the internship, you'll work on live client projects, learn campaign optimization, and gain practical exposure under experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Audience research and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance
- Generate weekly reports
- Learn Meta Pixel, GTM & GA4
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives
- Optimize campaigns for better lead quality and lower CPL
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication skills
- Laptop with stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship Duration
3 Months
Stipend
No fixed stipend during the internship period.
After successful completion of the 3-month internship, performance-based stipend and full-time job opportunities will be offered to selected candidates based on their skills, dedication, and overall performance.
