Ritz Fashion Trendz is looking for a smart, confident, and fashion-focused Fashion Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, excellent customer communication skills, and basic social media knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide personalized fashion and styling suggestions.
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers and help convert inquiries into sales.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of sarees, designer blouses, Indian ethnic wear, and current fashion trends.
- Present and explain fashion products confidently on camera when required.
- Take product photos and videos for social media content.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with all customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion sales, boutique sales, or the clothing industry is preferred.
- Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media content.
- Sales-focused, responsible, energetic, and able to work independently.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Experience: 1 year preferred
