- Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level web applications using Umbraco CMS, .NET, and related technologies.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Umbraco solutions.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of all Umbraco-based applications.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our development processes and product offerings.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to architectural patterns and quality standards.
