We are seeking highly energetic, responsible, and leadership-driven Senior Calibration Engineers with strong experience in Calibration and NABL Documentation. The candidates will be responsible for performing calibration activities, maintaining NABL compliance documentation, and confidently handling NABL audits.
We are specifically looking for two professionals, one specializing in Mechanical Calibration and another in Thermal Calibration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform calibration of instruments in Mechanical / Thermal parameters as per NABL and international standards.
Prepare and maintain NABL documentation, calibration records, uncertainty calculations, and technical procedures.
Ensure laboratory compliance with NABL ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Handle and support NABL internal and external audits.
Prepare calibration certificates and maintain traceability records.
Monitor and maintain calibration equipment and standards.
Lead calibration activities and guide junior engineers or technicians.
Coordinate with clients regarding calibration requirements and technical queries.
Ensure proper implementation of quality management systems in the laboratory.
Maintain safety, accuracy, and quality in all calibration processes.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Calibration Techniques (Mechanical / Thermal).
Good understanding of NABL guidelines and ISO/IEC 17025 documentation.
Experience in handling NABL audits and compliance activities.
Ability to lead a team and take responsibility for laboratory operations.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple calibration tasks.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or relevant field.
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Calibration Laboratory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
