Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, and referrals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients
- Provide advisory support based on market trends and property insights
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and lead generation
For Senior-Level Candidates:
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives
- Set performance targets and track KPIs
- Support recruitment and training initiatives
- Contribute to sales forecasting and revenue planning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
