Job Title : Operations Specialist
Work Hours : 9.30am to 5.30pm , Thiruvananthapuram
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Operations Specialist for our Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering academic sessions, coordinating student activities, mentoring learners, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- Coordinate academic schedules, assessments, examinations, and student activities.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
- Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Organize workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, and skill development sessions.
- Maintain academic records and prepare reports as required.
- Support internship and placement-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, SAP, ERP, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management is a plus
Experience
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Procurement, Transportation, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Teaching, or Academic Coordination will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Logistics & Supply Chain Management concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Student mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
