Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize, and manage Zoho applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, API integrations, workflow automation, and AI-powered solutions. The role also involves developing virtual assistants, chatbot integrations, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and manage Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, validation rules, roles, profiles, and automation processes.
- Develop and maintain CRM and Creator solutions using Deluge scripting for workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Design and develop custom applications, forms, pages, reports, dashboards, schedules, and analytics in Zoho Creator.
- Implement workflow rules, approval processes, assignment rules, email notifications, conditional field visibility, and dynamic form behaviour.
- Integrate Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator with third-party applications, APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, telephony systems, and external databases.
- Manage data migration, import/export, deduplication, cleanup, and data management activities.
- Automate operational workflows to improve productivity, system efficiency, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Support end-to-end implementation projects including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within Zoho applications.
- Develop and support AI-powered workflows, virtual assistants, and chatbot integrations.
- Conduct research and implementation of AI tools to improve automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Zoho One Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM – Modules, Fields, Pipelines, Blueprints, Workflows, etc., and Zoho Creator.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in creating Virtual Assistants / AI Chatbots, automation workflows, and knowledge of AI tools such as Claude.
- Familiarity with Obsidian for documentation and workflow management.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience with other Zoho apps.
- Knowledge of data migration and system customization.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI integrations.
- Experience with automation tools and business process optimization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
