Role Purpose:
The Leadership Lead at Leave Your Mark exists to build students as leaders by creating powerful platforms, experiences, and moments where young people step up, take ownership, and leave their mark. You will align every staff member to this mission, building a culture where leadership is lived not just spoken about.
What You Will Do
01. Create World-Class Leadership Opportunities Design and lead high-impact platforms—summits, challenges, and real-world projects—where students (Nursery–Grade 12) experience leadership through action.
02. Build Leaders, Not Followers Develop stage-wise pathways that grow confidence, voice, and agency, grounded in emotional strength, life skills, and accountability.
03. Align the Entire Staff Inspire and equip teachers and school leaders to champion student leadership across classrooms and corridors. Your impact will be through the leaders you build—not the plans you write.
04. Give Students a Stage and a Standard Create platforms where leadership is visible and celebrated—events, exhibitions, community projects. If it doesn’t put students in the lead, rethink it.
05. Build People Who Build Leaders Train and mentor staff to shift from instruction to empowerment, embedding leadership into the school’s DNA.
06. Measure What Matters Track depth of leadership—not just participation. Continuously refine using feedback to ensure real transformation.
Who Should Apply
● 5–10 years in schools or student leadership programmes (hands-on experience)
● Proven track record of building student-led platforms and initiatives
● Strong ability to energise and align teams
● Deep understanding of K–12 student development, emotional strength, and life skills
● Exposure to CBSE / IB / Cambridge is a plus
● Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills We are not looking for a curriculum writer.
We are looking for a movement builder—someone who puts students in the lead, aligns people to a shared belief, and creates experiences that stay for life.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
