Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is creative, observant, and eager to learn how a product-based brand grows online. This role is ideal for freshers, or recent graduates who are interested in digital marketing, social media marketing, Instagram content, content planning, influencer marketing, and brand communication.
The intern will work closely on content execution, social media posting, content calendars, performance tracking, campaign support, influencer coordination, and day-to-day digital marketing activities across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Schedule and upload posts, reels, stories, and other content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
● Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars for a lifestyle and home décor brand
● Write social media captions, hooks, hashtags, reel descriptions, and basic marketing copy
● Support Instagram marketing, reel planning, story posting, and engagement activities
● Monitor Instagram Insights and track performance of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets
● Analyze reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, audience behavior, and content performance
● Research social media trends, Instagram reel trends, competitor activity, and new content ideas
● Support campaign planning for product launches, festive campaigns, sales, seasonal moments, and brand collaborations
● Coordinate with the creative/design team for content requirements, posting schedules, and updates
● Help manage influencer collaboration records, content deadlines, barter collaborations, and execution support
● Maintain consistency in brand tone, product communication, captions, and visual direction
● Assist in basic community management, including checking comments, messages, and engagement trends
● Support digital marketing activities for a product-based D2C brand
● Help with basic content research for ceramics, glassware, tableware, home décor, and lifestyle products
What We’re Looking For
● Strong interest in digital marketing, social media marketing, Instagram marketing, and content strategy
● Good understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, captions, hashtags, and social media trends
● Familiarity with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and basic social media analytics
● Basic understanding of content performance metrics and reporting
● Good written English and communication skills
● Creative thinking with attention to detail
● Ability to stay organized, follow timelines, and meet deadlines
● Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
● Interest in lifestyle brands, home décor, ceramics, glassware, tableware, or product-based businesses
Preferred Qualifications
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, Advertising, or a related field
● Freshers looking for a digital marketing internship may apply
● Previous internship, college project, freelance work, or hands-on experience in social media marketing is a plus
● Basic knowledge of Canva, adobe, Meta Business Suite, Excel, Google Sheets, Instagram Insights, or content scheduling tools is preferred
● Interest in D2C brands, e-commerce, lifestyle products, home décor, ceramics, glassware, and content creation is a bonus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
