IndiaZone, a growing B2B commerce platform, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales of platform subscriptions, promotional listings, and advertising opportunities for businesses on the IndiaZone platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase platform subscriptions and advertising sales
- Identify and approach potential clients such as manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, and service providers
- Present the IndiaZone platform and its promotional opportunities to prospective clients
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and partners
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support campaign execution
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Support the development and expansion of the platform’s business network
Requirements:
- 4–6 years experience in business development, sales, or platform sales
- Strong ability to build relationships and close business deals
- Experience selling digital services, advertising solutions, or subscription-based products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Preferred Background:
- Experience working with digital platforms, marketplaces, or media advertising
- Experience selling promotional listings, digital marketing services, or advertising packages
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
