Looking candidates from Fire Fighting Background
Review of engineering drawing and understand the layout and requirement.
Preparation and Review of Single line diagram, Equipment layout, schematic / logic
diagrams, for site execution work.
Preparing of Final BOQ as per site requirement.
Scheduling and planning of site execution work as per design and drawing.
Timely completion of Project before schedule time.
Indenting for supply of material if require at site.
Client correspondence for site permits and other site related issues.
Co-ordination with engineering and purchase department.
Co – ordination with site contractor for timely completion of work.
To ensure timely dispatches of material to site.
Finalization & mobilization of sub-contractor to site.
Knowledge of handling Field mechanical & electrical equipment like motors, Local
control station, pumps, etc.
Handling of site staff.
Monitoring of daily site progress report and submitting.
Aware of all PPE, PTW, HSE requirements to complete the testing at site.
Monthly customer billing.
Testing report and submission of relevant documentation on testing completed.
Organizing and performing Erection, testing and commissioning as per requirment.
Collection of payment from customer.
Sub-contractor billing approval for payment.
O&M Manual preparation.
Contract closure knowledge.
Estimation and Costing knowledge
Taking the approval from consultant for work done.
Co-ordination for supply of material at site in time.
Background requirement:
Mech. / Elec. Diploma or BE Graduate with Minimum 2- 5 years of Experience.
Good computer knowledge like Excel with formulas, MS Word, Outlook, Auto CAD, Drawing.
Language - Hindi / Marathi / English Written and Spoken.
Good Engineering and site execution knowledge.
Having two/ Four-wheeler driving license.
Age 18 – 30 years.
Having arrangement to stay in Mumbai.
Competency / Skills
To be at site and supervise the day to day activity by the various contractors to
accomplish the goal. To plan the work schedule and completion time for each task to
make the job completion at min. time and best quality.
To check the quality of the incoming material and record the same.
To control all documents and coordinate with office in regards of document and material.
To plan daily, weekly, and monthly plan of work in understanding with client, and
contractors.
To check prepare MOM with client and contractor and get document signed by
them as per the regulations.
To Study and Understand the drawings provided by office or client. Understanding the
requirement and expected challenges and finding the best solution with respect to
technical specification.
To understand the specification of Material required for completion of project in
best quality work.
To check the material as per the Specification and keep records of each material received
at site, Consumed at site and balance at site.
To keep proper Register & filling system at site for all respective documents.
To check the daily work completion, Balance work, and work Schedule and plan the
next course of action to complete the work before scheduled completion date.
Daily reporting the work done and balance to in charge of the project.
To verify the hydraulic testing, quality wrapping coating, quality painting, or any other
testing required as per site requirement as per schedule time and documents signed from
client.
Preparation of the quantity of installation done report and certification from client as and
when required.
Sending approved and certified quantity to office for preparation of bills.
Making follow up for the payment from client as and when required.
Certification and approval of the invoice raised by the contractors based on the approval
from client and satisfactory quality of work in time.
Location :
Should be staying in Mumbai or any city in India and able to Travel to Goregaon on his own.
Capable to work at any place and if required capable to travel any part of world.
Salary :
As per companies’ policy and depending on the value creation by candidate.
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
