1. Marketing Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine Technostacks’ B2B digital marketing strategy across priority industries: Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Logistics.
- Translate technical capabilities and case studies into clear market-facing positioning.
- Identify target buyer personas, pain points, decision journeys, and messaging angles.
- Support industry-specific positioning for services such as AI, digital product engineering, IoT, cloud, data engineering, and bespoke software development.
2. Customer Journey & Campaign Planning
- Map buyer journeys across awareness, consideration, evaluation, and conversion stages.
- Design integrated campaigns that connect content, SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email, website, retargeting, and sales outreach.
- Create campaign briefs with target audience, campaign thesis, messaging,assets, channels, CTAs, KPIs, and sales handoff logic.
- Build quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business development priorities.
3. Content & Messaging Direction
- Guide the development of website pages, solution pages, landing pages, case studies, blogs, email journeys, LinkedIn content, whitepapers, webinars, and
- sales enablement assets.
- Ensure content is technically grounded, industry-relevant, and aligned to buyer pain points.
- Work with writers, designers, developers, and leadership to convert business conversations into campaign-ready assets.
- Improve the quality and consistency of Technostacks’ digital messaging across channels.
4. Demand Generation & Channel Orchestration
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, retargeting, website conversion, and campaign execution.
- Work with internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and specialists to ensure campaigns are executed coherently.
- Use search, social, competitor, and customer signals to identify campaign opportunities.
- Support founder-led and company-led thought leadership campaigns.
5. Marketing-Sales Alignment
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align campaigns with prospecting priorities.
- Create sales-support assets such as outreach hooks, email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, case study recommendations, and vertical-specific pitchnarratives.
- Define lead qualification logic and campaign-to-sales handoff processes.
- Track feedback from sales to improve campaign relevance and lead quality.
6. Measurement & Optimization
- Define and monitor KPIs across channel performance and business outcomes.
- Track metrics such as qualified inquiries, campaign-influenced meetings, landing page conversion, sales-accepted leads, cost per qualified
- conversation, and content-assisted pipeline.
- Use tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Campaign Manager, CRM dashboards, and SEO platforms to monitor performance.
- Build regular reporting systems that connect marketing activity to business impact.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation,growth marketing, or marketing strategy.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting, enterprise solutions, or product engineering marketing is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and integrated campaign planning.
- Ability to convert complex technical capabilities into clear business messaging.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing,content strategy, website conversion, and marketing analytics.
- Experience working with sales or business development teams.
- Ability to manage internal teams, agencies, freelancers, or channel specialists.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance reporting and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, briefing, planning, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
