About the Role
We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting Faculty to join our professional training institute. The faculty will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.
Subjects / Areas
We are looking for faculty with expertise in one or more of the following:
- Accounting & Financial Accounting
- Auditing
- IFRS & IAS
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- Tally
- Zoho Books / Zoho Finance
- Odoo
- SAP
- Financial Reporting & Finalisation
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and engaging classroom/online training.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises and training materials.
- Explain concepts using real-world business examples.
- Provide hands-on training in accounting software and financial tools.
- Guide students through assignments and practical projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Keep course content aligned with current industry practices.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant subject.
- Relevant professional/industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach using practical, real-world examples.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / relevant professional qualification or experienced industry professionals with strong subject expertise.

Pay: ₹9,819.78 - ₹54,108.72 per month
