Your impact
Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design for ELV systems in data centers, including:
Structured Cabling System (Copper & Fiber)
CCTV & Video Surveillance
Access Control System (ACS)
Fire Alarm & Detection System (interface level coordination)
Public Address / Voice Alarm System
IBMS / BMS integration
Prepare and deliver:
Design drawings (layouts, schematics, SLDs)
Technical specifications and design reports
Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
Perform design calculations and system sizing for ELV systems
Ensure compliance with relevant standards :
TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, NFPA, BS, IEC
TIA-942 (Data Center standard – preferred)
Coordinate with MEP, ICT, architectural, and civil teams for integrated design
Review vendor submissions, shop drawings, and technical documents
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations
Support tendering activities including technical clarifications
Provide design support during construction stage , including review of site queries
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering
5–8 years of experience in ELV design , preferably in data center or critical infrastructure projects
Strong expertise in ELV system design & engineering
Hands-on experience with:
Revit / BIM ( mandatory )
In-depth understanding of structured cabling (fiber & copper design)
Familiarity with data center architecture and ICT infrastructure
Knowledge of international codes and standards
Basic understanding of networking concepts and system integration
Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
