About the Role
Ventureheap is looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance websites and web applications for our internal products and client projects. You will work on both frontend and backend development, collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver modern digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Design, develop, and manage databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other services.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with React.js and/or Next.js
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of REST API development and integration
- Experience with Git and GitHub
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean
- Firebase
- CI/CD pipelines
- AI API integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
- Experience building CRM, LMS, E-commerce, or SaaS applications
